Colonial Drive is an animal-friendly community! We're also just a 5-minute drive to Roosevelt Martin Park. Residents may have up to two animals per household. The pet fees are below:One-Time Pet Fee: $350 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $30 per pet
Aggressive canine breeds are not admitted unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. The following breeds are considered aggressive based on a CDC report and are restricted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shiberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
